Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.
• Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

How to start a return
Email sunshinevillashop@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide return instructions when the return is approved. Please do not send an item back without authorization.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can help.
