Shipping Policy

SunShine Villa Shop works with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver CherryQuest products as quickly and reliably as possible. Shipping times vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location.

Shipping, taxes, and duties
The product price shown for the destination selected at checkout includes standard shipping where stated, applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges. Optional express shipping and any destination-specific shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Customers should not have to pay additional customs charges.

If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional payment, contact us at sunshinevillashop@gmail.com before paying whenever possible. If payment is required to release the shipment, keep the receipt and contact us with your order number. SunShine Villa Shop will cover the additional customs charge.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days.

Kirkland office shipping to mainland USA
For eligible items fulfilled from our Kirkland, Washington office, standard shipping is free with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. Optional Express Shipping has an estimated transit time of 2 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping charges (USD):
• 4-inch and 7-inch handheld arcade machines: $50.
• 14-inch and 20-inch foldable arcade machines: $100.
• 22-inch tabletop (Pac-Man) and 27-inch foldable arcade machines: $150.

Each charge applies once per product group, even when multiple machines from that group are ordered. Charges for different product groups are added together in a mixed order. For example, express shipping for a 14-inch machine plus a 22-inch machine is $250. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

This two-business-day option is available for eligible Kirkland stock shipped to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses. Available services depend on the items, fulfillment location, and destination.

Other fulfillment locations and destinations
Delivery times for orders fulfilled by our international partners vary by product, destination, and shipping service. Use the available delivery estimate shown at checkout. Some extended-delivery items may take 24–36 business days.

Delivery estimates are business days and do not include weekends, holidays, customs delays, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information
Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package is processed.

Multiple shipments
Items may arrive in separate shipments when they are fulfilled from different locations or partners.

Lost or damaged items
Contact sunshinevillashop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or appears to be missing. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
