Shipping Policy

SunShine Villa Shop works with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver CherryQuest products as quickly and reliably as possible. Shipping times vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location.

Shipping, taxes, and duties
The product price shown for the destination selected at checkout includes shipping, applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges. Customers should not have to pay additional customs charges.

If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional payment, contact us at sunshinevillashop@gmail.com before paying whenever possible. If payment is required to release the shipment, keep the receipt and contact us with your order number. SunShine Villa Shop will cover the additional customs charge.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times
• United States standard shipping: 5–10 business days when available.
• Extended-delivery items: 24–36 business days.
• International shipping: 24–36 business days.

Delivery estimates are business days and do not include weekends, holidays, customs delays, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information
Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package is processed.

Multiple shipments
Items may arrive in separate shipments when they are fulfilled from different locations or partners.

Lost or damaged items
Contact sunshinevillashop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or appears to be missing. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
