Applications and approval

No purchase is required to apply. Applications are reviewed individually. Submit accurate contact details, channel links, audience information, and examples of your content. Applying does not guarantee approval. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Your partnership begins only after approval and review of your individual offer.

Your individual offer and referrals

Your commission rate and audience discount are stated in your individual offer. Review that offer before promoting. Use your assigned referral link or code so purchases can be attributed to you. Referral links use a 90-day tracking period; cookies, consent choices, other referral activity, and technical limitations may affect attribution. Your dashboard records referred orders and estimated earnings; a recorded sale does not by itself authorize payment.

Eligible commission is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding separately charged shipping and taxes. Customer discounts cannot be combined with other product, order, or shipping discounts. Customer orders remain subject to SunShine Villa Shop's normal product, shipping, and return policies.

Three genuine customers before the first payment

Commission accrues from the first eligible customer sale, including the first three. Before your first payment is released, we must verify paid, completed orders from three different genuine customers. Multiple orders from the same customer count as one customer for this initial qualification. Your first three valid sales remain eligible for commission and stay pending until you qualify and the review hold has cleared. This is an initial requirement, not a new three-customer requirement for each payment.

Purchases that do not qualify

Personal purchases and purchases by any program member never earn commission or count toward qualification, including after you qualify. Orders through accounts you own or control, and orders you arrange or reimburse to manufacture qualification, are excluded. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, and test orders are excluded. We review customer identity and order details before releasing payment and may request information needed to resolve an attribution or eligibility question.

Review and payment

We apply a 60-day review hold to each eligible sale and require the applicable return window to have cleared. Qualification and payment release are reviewed manually by the CherryQuest team. Payments are not automatic. We arrange the available payment method with you before your first payment. Keep your contact and payment details accurate. You are responsible for your own applicable taxes; any legally required reporting or withholding will be handled as applicable.

Refunds or other order reversals may reduce pending earnings or be reconciled against later earnings if payment has already been made. Contact sunshinevillashop@gmail.com if you believe an order or earning record is incorrect.

Honest promotion

Share original, useful content and accurate specifications for the product you show. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship beside your recommendation and link or code. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link or code.” Disclose gifted products as well. Reviews must reflect your honest experience; a positive review is not required.

Keep your code within your own content and community. Do not use coupon directories, spam, misleading claims, unauthorized brand-name advertising, or fraudulent referral methods. Follow the rules of the platforms you use and applicable advertising disclosure requirements.

Samples and content permissions

Approval does not promise a free product or a paid content assignment. Any sample, required deliverable, or permission for us to reuse your work is agreed separately. Joining does not give us automatic ownership or reuse rights to your content.

Changes or ending the partnership

You can stop participating by contacting us. We may suspend or end participation for misuse or failure to follow these rules. We will notify you of material program or offer changes before they apply to future referrals. Previously eligible earnings remain subject to the offer that applied when earned, the initial qualification requirement, order validity, and payment review.
